Modern organizations pay great attention to personnel policy because the efficiency of the entire company depends on the state of the team. Therefore, there is a growing demand for HR professionals, or HR managers. This program was developed in response to trends in the labor market. During their studies, students master the skills of working with people based on knowledge of management, economics, sociology and psychology. When graduating, masters are ready to work in the personnel department of the organization. Their competences are: the personnel policy of the company, the selection of employees, the development of a personnel management system, the analysis of labor indicators, the conduct of activities to improve the efficiency of the team. Knowledge in the field of psychology helps them to solve conflict and stressful situations, to motivate employees, preventing their personal and professional burnout.
The program has passed the procedure of international accreditation and is certified by the German agency FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation).
