It is one of the few specialties which have remained in the higher education system. Students will be taught to ensure economic security of the state, carry out customs control and examination, combat offenses, collect customs duties and much more at RUDN University. The basic part of economic and humanitarian disciplines is taught in the junior years. Starting from the fourth year of study, the emphasis is on professional disciplines.

Students develop the ability to think abstractly and forecast, analyze cause and effect relationships and perceive large amounts of information. Teaching combines the best traditions of classical education and modern approaches.

Training is not only in classrooms. Many classes are conducted in the Educational Laboratory of Customs Examination of Goods and Technical Means of Customs Control.

Specialist’s programme is 5 years, there is an opportunity to receive a European supplement to the diploma and a degree in translation.
