Educational programs
The education of disabled people and persons with disabilities, if necessary, is carried out on the basis of adapted educational programs, taking into account the characteristics of psychophysical development, individual opportunities and health status of such students.
The educational process can be organized both jointly with other students, and in separate groups.
On the basis of a written application of a student with limited health opportunities, the period for obtaining higher education through the educational program can be increased within the limits established by the educational standard.

Accessible Environment
The possibility of unhindered access of students with disabilities in the classroom, toilet facilities and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises.
Audiences
Part of the classrooms are equipped with special computer equipment, assistive devices for people with vision and hearing impairments.
Library
For readers with musculoskeletal disorders in the lobby of the library, computers with access to the Internet and access to all content of the Educational Scientific Information Library Center (UNIBC) are equipped.
In the reading room, workplaces with audio capabilities for readers with hearing impairments are organized.
For visually impaired students, literature in Russian and foreign languages, published in relief-dotted (Braille), magnetic tape recordings ("talking books"), periodicals, including a number of compilation audio thematic collections and bibliographic materials, is provided free of charge in the framework of Interaction with the Russian State Library for the Blind;
Students who study on individual plans at home have the opportunity to get a virtual consultation of the librarian on the use of electronic content.

Accessible Environment
For people with disabilities of the musculoskeletal system, conditions are created that help them to easily overcome the required route: updated pedestrian crossings through Miklukho-Maklaya Street, which separates the main educational buildings from the University's residential buildings. One of the crossing is equipped with an elevator, the second - with a ramp.
In the residential buildings of the University there are categories of rooms for people with disabilities.
For the timely provision of the necessary assistance and assistance in solving current problems, the Youth Students' Center ‘Meridian of Friendship’ established a working group of Volunteers ‘Wind of Change’.

For sports, the University has a wide selection of sections in various areas, training areas are equipped with necessary for training facilities.

Medical service
Consultation and Diagnostic Clinic (CDC) of RUDN provides qualified medical care, it is furnished with modern equipment and has experienced medical staff.
Foreign citizens on entering the RUDN are invited to enter into contracts for medical care. The medical service program includes: the purchase of a voluntary medical insurance policy, which is mandatory for staying in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well it provides a wide range of medical services, including the provision of mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
Within the framework of the medical care program at the Consultation and Diagnostic Clinic (CDC) of the RUDN Medical Institute (MI) it will be able to obtain the necessary diagnostic and medical assistance from qualified specialists of different directions.
On the basis of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, the Psychological Aid Office of the RUDN started its work.

Sanatorium-dispensary
Students can take a medical or health course at the Sanatorium-preventorium.
Sanatorium-preventorium is equipped with modern medical equipment, including high-tech equipment:
- installation for endoscopic diagnosis of ENT diseases;
- apparatus of shock-wave therapy for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
- specialized automatic massage tables;
- electromechanical beds with infrared radiation for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
