The report will consider model nonlinear equations of Sobolev type in the theory of waves in plasma and magnets. For relevant Cauchy problems obtained results on the existence of so-called critical exponents delimiting regions where there is no local solvability in time in the weak sense and where there is local solvability in time.

In this talk we are interested in the mathematical modeling of the progression of Alzheimer disease.

The lecture will examine the properties of sensory perception described in Gestalt psychology (Wertheimer, Koffka). The direct connection will be demonstrated between these properties of perception and the basic categories of the mythical world, as they are shown by Cassirer in the second volume of the Philosophy of Symbolic Forms.

The Research center “Smart technologies for sustainable development of the urban environment in the global change” Agrarian and Technological Institute RUDN University organizes an international scientific seminar “Sustainable management of Blue-Green infrastructure on different scales (region-city-green area)”.

The laboratory “Nonlinear and nonlocal problems of mathematical Physics and their applications” of RUDN together with MIAN conducts a series of mini-courses on modern analysis on the topic: “Quasi-classical (short-wave) asymptotics and the canonical Maslov operator”.

In this study, a series of N,O-chelated azine-enol boron complexes featuring four different fusion patterns between the benzene and pyridine rings of the azine fragment was synthesized and characterized. The optical properties of the corresponding complexes have been assessed in dichloromethane solution and in solid state. In the latter case the assessment was performed for both powder samples as well as batches of single crystals allowing to identify several cases of mechanochromism and one case of polymorphism-dependent emission.

We will discuss two projects: The movement of the living organism in a band form towards the presence of chemical substrates based on a system of the PDE.

A review talk on geometric control theory will focus on the following issues: examples of applied optimal control problems, basic general problems and concepts of mathematical control theory.

In this study, we investigate the spatiotemporal dynamics of the neural oscillations by analyzing the electric potential that arises from neural activity. To characterize these dynamics, we use optical flow patterns such as sources, sinks, spirals and saddles.

Most languages spoken by the so-called “small-numbered peoples of the North” (малочисленные народы севера) are currently highly endangered or extinct. Yet there are big individual differences in vitality between languages and even between dialects of individual languages.

The report will be devoted to the Bieberbach hypothesis, which gives estimates for the coefficients of the Taylor series of holomorphic and single-leaf functions in the unit circle.

Scientific seminar “From biomass to energy. Valorization of wastewater treatment. SDG 6 ‘Clean Water and Sanitation’” within the framework of the multilingual development program in English for teaching staff, it is carried out in order to facilitate the exchange of experience and knowledge between experts in this field, expand the network of contacts and partnerships in this field, practice English and engage in scientific work.

Difference methods are widely used for the numerical solution of problems in mechanics and physics. When constructing discrete analogs, it is important to preserve the basic properties of the original differential problem.

In this work, we will review some of our modeling studies devoted to MM heterogeneity, drug resistance, and impact on erythropoiesis. In this talk, we will introduce the biological background, clinical presentation, and treatment options for this disease.

The talk will consider issues related to modeling of nonequilibrium phase transformations in various physical systems rapidly reduced to a deep metastable state. Superheated liquid, supercooled melt, supersaturated solution will be considered as such systems.
