Presentations at the seminar will provide an overview of methods for monitoring and assessing the condition of urban green spaces, and will also present modern methods that can be used to determine indicators of the condition of green infrastructure.

During the seminar, experts and participants will discuss the properties of the soil microbiome of urban and industrially polluted areas of different climatic zones (subarctic, temperate and others). Particular attention will be paid to the issues of biodiversity of microbial communities, their functioning in anthropogenically modified soils and assessment of ecosystem services provided by microorganisms. The working language is Russian and English.
