Master class "Features of working with the regulation TR TS 018/2011"

Technical regulation of the Customs Union TR TS 018/2011 “On the safety of wheeled vehicles” is one of the most voluminous and most complex technical regulations. Its task is to ensure a socially acceptable level of vehicle safety.

The provisions of TR CU 018/2011 are harmonized with the UN Rules. It establishes requirements for wheeled vehicles that are put into circulation and are already in operation in the EAEU. The place of their production does not matter. It was accepted in January 2015. It applies to motor vehicles, passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers. Thus, compliance with the requirements of TR CU 018/2011 applies to every vehicle owner in Russia.

The speaker of the master class is Denis Alexandrovich Tsybizov, an employee of the certification center of “Serkons” LLC. “Serkons” has been accredited to perform work related to the registration of declarations of conformity, as well as issuance of a certificate. Currently, it is a leader among companies in this area of ​​activity. For more than 25 years, 100 thousand projects have been completed in Russia and abroad.

The participants of the master class are undergraduate and graduate students of the RUDN Institute of Environmental Engineering.

Event goals:

— review the main provisions of TR TS 018/2011 and its stages;

— understand what the similarities and differences between the technical examination of the design and the technical inspection are;

— compare regulatory requirements for vehicles in Russia and abroad;

— consider how TR TS 018/2011 is related to the work of an ecologist.
