RUDN University is proud of its teachers Our congratulations to Valery Loktionov, teacher of the Institute of Hospitality Business and Tourism, rescue worker of “Centrospas” emergency team on awarding him the honorable “Order of Courage” for the liquidation of flood consequences in Serbia in spring 2014. For his heroism he also got the highest Serbian award- “Talisman for saving and protecting”.
