A visit of Jose Rafael Paredes Torrealba to RUDN IFL

September 5, Jose Rafael Paredes Torrealba, Doctor of Administrative Sciences of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, professor of the Institute of Social Insurance of Venezuela, came on a visit to RUDN University Institute of Foreign Languages on the invitation of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages. Professor Jose Rafael Paredes Torrealba gave a lecture in Spanish "The achievements of the socialist Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela in the field of higher education." for the Young Hispanists Association members. Professor discussed such topical issues as the provision of access to higher education for all the citizens by the Government of Venezuela, as well as the success of the Bolivarian Government in achieving social equality among Venezuelan and Latin American people in general.. According to Professor Jose Rafael Paredes Torrealba it is necessary to discuss that subject abroad. It was great honour for the IFL that the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Russia, Juan Vicente Paredes Torrealba and Mrs. Yuli de Paredes attended the lecture, accompanied by the counselor of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic in the Russian Federation, the director of the Simon Bolivar Latin American cultural center, Gil Marco Antonio Casanova.
