International conference "Joint Educational Programs of EU and Russian Universities"

International conference "Joint Educational Programs of EU and Russian Universities" October 9-10, 2014, in Moscow (Holiday-Inn hotel) the International conference "Joint Educational Programs of EU and Russian Universities" took place. Organizers of the conference - Delegation of the European Commission in Russia together with National office of the Erasmus+ program. More than 190 people took part in the conference. RUDN University was represented by the Head of the department of CIS and Baltic countries N. V. Syulkova, Head of the European Department V.A. Saltykovsky and specialist of the European Department Mario de Martino. Within the conference the following sessions worked: "Joint educational programs: innovations and changes in transnational education", "Questions of recognition of joint educational programs", "The role of joint educational programs in the program of internationalization of the higher educational institutions", a panel discussion about the importance of joint educational programs for students was also organized. On October 10, O. N. Oleynikova, Director of National office of Erasmus+ presented the Erasmus+ program and a new Capacity building contest (ex. Tempus).
