International scientific-practical conference "Metamorphoses in the Spatial Organization of World Economy at the beginning of the 21st Century"
International scientific-practical conference “Metamorphoses in the Spatial Organization of World Economy at the beginning of the 21st Century” will take place at 2:00 pm in RUDN on September 16. The purpose of the conference is to understand the processes, which are taking place in the international community and to analyse the spatio-temporal regularities of restructuring in global industries in transition to a post-industrial phase of social development. They period determined for studying is the beginning of XXI century, when the speed of all relevant processes in the world had certainly considerably increased.
The number of participants is 56, including 14 foreign participants, 42 from Russian regions, representing 7 areas of the Russian Federation. The reports of economists and economic geographers from Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Smolensk, Kaliningrad, Kursk, Orenburg, Kaluga, and also from the Republic of Belarus (Minsk), the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty and Uralsk), from Poland were announced for this conference.
The results - materials of the conference “Metamorphoses in the Spatial Organization of World Economy at the beginning of the 21st Century” will be published in a special collection -... The collective monograph (“Metamorphoses in the Spatial Organization of World Economy at the beginning of the 21st Century”/ Edited by Prof. I.A. Rodionova. - M .: University book, 2016. - 295).
