Meeting with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and HAS explained the course of Thesis Board network optimization to scientific community December 3, 2014 the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation together with the Highest Attestation Commission at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation held a meeting on certification of top qualification research staff. At the meeting the topical issues connected with creation of thesis boards, suspension, renewal and termination of their activity, assessment of productivity of scientific activity of the organizations on the basis of which thesis boards, and members of dissertation councils are created are considered. Deputy Minister of science and education of the Russian Federation L.M. Ogorodova, Chairman of the Highest Attestation Commission at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Rector of RUDN University V. M. Filippov, and the director of the department of certification of scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers I.A. Shishkanova took part in the meeting. More than 600 people from 517 higher education institutions and scientific organizations of the Russian Federation – rectors, vice rectors of higher educational institutions, directors of scientific organizations and their deputies participated in the meeting.
