HR and higher education commission of the Russian association of communication agencies carried out a branch research “Russian HEIs’ Departments offering Advertising education Rating”. The aim of the research was the creation of an independent rating of departments of Russian HEIs offering Advertising education and elaboration of common standards of education in this field. The first place was won by the Department of marketing and advertising of Russian State University of Humanities, scoring 67 points. Four departments were awarded: RUDN University Advertizing and business communication department (58 points), Marketing communication department of Higher School of Economics, Modern communicative systems and technologies Institute of International Business Administration Academy and Marketing communications Institute of Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering.
