“Problematic Assets: Legal and Financial Aspects” conference

The scientific and practical conference “Problematic Assets: Legal and Financial Aspects” On December 6-7, at 10am the Faculty of Law of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (6, Miklukho-Maklaya str.) holds the 1st Annual International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Problematic Assets: Legal and Financial Aspects”, on the occasion of the Lawyer’s Day. The participants of the conference will discuss the problems of legal regulation of assets circulation. The topic of the discussion is connected both with legal and economic science. The conference will be held in two rounds, on the 6th and the 7th of December. The plenary meetings and two workshops will take place on December 6-7. The goal and the main task of this scientific and technical event is the complex investigation of the problems related to the topic, as well as finding ways to solve them. This will serve to indicate the importance of the event, as it is related to the new stage of Russia’s economic development, as well as to draw the attention of foreign investors in connection with the Russian Federation WTO membership. There will be leading experts in this area among the participants, including specialists from the Lawyers’ Association of Russia, the Association “Russia” and leading RUDN University Science Schools and the Higher School of Economics Banking Institute. The results of the conference will serve to determine the most possible scenario of legislation development in this area. The participation of the Lawyers’ Association of Russia Chairman Igor Manylov and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Deputy Chairman Vadim Chubarov is expected.
