The event was attended by Mr.Chhit Sokhom, Governor of Preah Sihanouk, Mr. Lou Kim Chhun, general director of the free zone of Sihanoukville, governmental officials, teachers of the Russian language, graduates of Russian HEIs and Russians living in Cambodia. At the videoconference O.Andreeva, Vice-Rector for International activity, spoke about educational programs, faculties and RUDN University facilities.
