RUDN University takes part in the VIII international exhibition “Education and career in Azerbaijan”

RUDN University took part in the VIII international exhibition “Education and career in Azerbaijan” October 10-12. Republican Expocentre in Baku held the VIII annual international exhibition "Education and Career" where more than 120 higher education institutions and business structures from 20 countries of the world took part. At the exhibition Russia was presented by Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), the State institute of Russian language of A.S. Pushkin, Moscow State University of Economy, Statistics and Informatics and the British higher school of design (Moscow). RUDN University mount aroused keen interest of the visitors of the exhibition who asked about RUDN University admission rules, existing programs of bachelor degree, magistracy and postgraduate study at the University. During the ceremonial opening of the exhibition Deputy Minister of education of Azerbaijan Dzheykhun Bayramov gave a speech and expressed his interest in the RUDN University's mount. The also emphasized the important role of Russian education in the life of Azerbaijani youth. Valentin Denisov, Head of representation of Rossotrudnichestvo in Azerbaijan, adviser of the Embassy of Russia visited the exhibition. A part of information materials about education in RUDN University was given to the Russian information cultural center in Baku. Higher educational institutions of foreign countries, in particular, were represented at the exhibition by Economic University in Krakow, Aviation University of the United Arab Emirates, the International Business School in Budapest, Webster University (USA), University of Nottingham (Malaysia), the Maastricht School of Management and others. Higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan were represented by the Baku State University, the Baku Slavic University, the Azerbaijani Technological University, the Azerbaijani State Economic University, the State Agricultural University, the Baku Higher Oil School and others.
