Seminar on problems of development of international cooperation in education, science and innovations December 9-12. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in cooperation with Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and international humanitarian cooperation holds a seminar on problems of development of international cooperation in education, science and innovations based on Federal public autonomous educational institution of the higher education RUDN University. The representatives of Russian higher education institutions who are responsible for strategic development; cooperation with international and foreign organizations in education, science and innovations; export of educational services, including acceptance/mobility of the foreign/Russian citizens who are trained employees of scientific and pedagogical and administrative structures are invited. The program of the seminar includes plenary reports on topical issues of implementation of international cooperation within the concept of "soft power" with subsequent detailed discussion at round tables, representation of specific cases of successful practices.
