October 1, the world-known company Microsoft opened The Fifth International Educational Forum “Modern ecosystem of the higher educational institutions: facilities and resolutions” in Sochi. The RUDN University representatives at the Forum were Vladimir Chetiy, Head of alumni relations with his rapport “Organization of the alumni cooperation basing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM”, and Vasily Shevtsov, Head of the information technology security with his report “Оffice 365 implementation in RUDN University. Using Оffice 365 for student surveys”.
