April 24 The Director of the Institute of International Programs. S.V. Parfenova took part in a meeting of the Russian Public Council for international cooperation and public diplomacy of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. S.A. Ordzhonikidze, Chairman of the Russian Public Council for International Cooperation and Public Diplomacy, chaired the meeting. The methods and technology of the foreign and Russian scientific research institutes’ activity, which had foreign financing, were discussed at the meeting.
