The meeting with Vladimir Solovyov, famous journalist and writer October 27, the meeting with a well-known journalist and writer Vladimir Solovyov "Full Contact: Russia in the modern world", organized by the RUDN University Centre of historical expertise and state forecast (Director - Voronin S.A., Scientific adviser – Yakemenko B.G.) was held at the Faculty of Humanitarian and social sciences of RUDN University. The Rector of RUDN University V.M.Filippov opened the meeting and introduced the guest, presenting Vladimir Solovyov with a sombrero with the words: "It must be in the bag!". For 2 hours Vladimir Solovyev led an animated and casual conversation with the audience, demonstrating encyclopedic knowledge and great sense of humor. During the conversation with students and professors of RUDN University Vladimir Solovyov touched upon such themes as the global problems of modern time, the political system of Russia, the crisis in Ukraine, the reunification of Crimea with Russia, US foreign policy, the future of Russia and Valdai forum in Sochi.
