In September, workers of the Simulation Training Center of the Institute of Medicine of RUDN University took part in the “Domestic innovations in simulation training” competition.
In September, workers of the Simulation Training Center of the Institute of Medicine of RUDN University took part in the “Domestic innovations in simulation training” competition, which took place in the framework of the VII International Conference "ROSMEDOBR - 2016. Innovative educational technologies in medicine" and the V Congress of Russian Society of Simulation Training in Medicine.
According to the competition results, the RUDN University team won the first place, took the honorary cup and diploma. The innovative development for treatment of basic surgical skills was recognized as the best not only in Russia but also in CIS.
The Simulation Training Center (STC) of the Institute of Medicine of RUDN University was founded in December 2013 to develop professional competencies in continuous medical education system. The simulation training course regulates the procedure for students admission to the summer professional practice. It is included in the schedule grid during the semester for students from 1-3 courses and for undergraduate students, according to the cyclic schedule.
The simulation training modules by small groups and task-oriented groups were developed and actively provided by this Center. Since 2016, the primary accreditation for specialists is carried out on the basis of STC. Furthermore, innovative learning technologies are being developed on the basis of the Center.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
Tamara Ghazaryan is known to many at RUDN University. She “races,” as she herself says, around the university, participates in a dozen student events and can get to almost every location herself. Only a few locations need the help of her friends or team. But it was not always so.
