Training for representatives of indigenous peoples

Training of representatives of indigenous peoples in the UN system is under way at RUDN University. The program is realized with the assistance of the UN High Commissioner for human rights. The lecturers are using interactive methodology, which allows attendees to carry out deep analysis of the issues of indigenous peoples’ rights protection, obtain skills of employing international mechanisms of human rights protection, as well as see and learn how official bodies dealing with the issues of indigenous peoples work in Russia.
