On 21st of May 2012, the fellowship for Russian-speaking indigenous peoples in the UN system started. For the 6th consecutive year, the indigenous peoples fellowship is conducted at the RUDN University. This year, the fellowship is attended by representatives from Taimyr, Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Mordo
On 21st of May 2012, the fellowship for Russian-speaking indigenous peoples in the UN system started. For the 6th consecutive year, the indigenous peoples fellowship is conducted at the RUDN University. This year, the fellowship is attended by representatives from Taimyr, Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Mordovia and Khabarovskiy kray. The purpose of this fellowship is to empower indigenous peoples, deepening their knowledge in the field of human rights in the system of UN. The programme consists of two components: the 1st is held in Moscow, the 2nd in the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneve.

RUDN rose to the 26th position in the UI GreenMetric 2022 ranking and confirmed the status of the “greenest” university in Russia. The ranking includes 1,050 world universities, of which 52 are Russian.
