On 3 October, the CIS Advisory Board on cooperation in Education meeting was held in Moscow at the Chamber of Commerce conference hall. The event was organized in the framework of the IV CIS Conference of Teachers and Education Workers.

On 3 October, the CIS Advisory Board on cooperation in Education meeting was held in Moscow at the Chamber of Commerce conference hall. The event was organized in the framework of the IV CIS Conference of Teachers and Education Workers.

Participants of the Board meeting, who are authorized representatives of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the CIS Executive Committee, unanimously elected Vladimir Filippov, the Chairman of Higher Attestation Commission and Rector of RUDN University, as Head of the Board.

Members of the Board considered current issues relating to psycho-pedagogical and organizational development of inclusive education in CIS countries, staging of Delphic Games as a means to support young talents, results of CIS Advisory Board on cooperation in Education activities for the past 10 years.

The issues of giving the Moscow State Pedagogical University the status of the basic organization of CIS states to prepare teaching stuff and awarding with the CIS badge "Excellence in Education of the Commonwealth of Independent States" were also considered.

The Board also decided to hold the V CIS Conference of Teachers and Education Workers in 2018 in the Kyrgyzstan capital - Bishkek.

As a result of the Board meeting, the joint protocol was signed.
