Linke (Germany), who is also known as the supervisor and co-author of the project “Integrated energetic rehabilitation of the housing stock of Russia” carried out on the order of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment and Nuclear Safety, was held at the Institute of Applied Feasibility Studies and Examinations of RUDN University.
