The textbook was created by a team of Russian philologists of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and recommended by the Educational and Methodological Association of Higher Educational Institutions of the Russian Federation for Education in the Field of International Relations. As a part of the authors' team - an associate professor of the Russian language department of the RUDN Law Institute, Ph.D. A.B. Non-sucking; Reviewer - Head of the Russian Language Department of the RUDN Law Institute, Professor, Ph.D. V.V. Sparrows. The textbook is intended for foreign citizens from the countries of near and far abroad and is the base for training in the specialty "International Relations", "International Law".
