Anomalously large surface waves, called killer waves, are sudden single waves with an amplitude more than 2 times greater than a significant wave height. The sudden occurrence of abnormally large waves in the ocean determines the serious danger they pose to sea vessels and structures. Within the framework of the nonlinear theory, anomalously large waves were considered as a result of modulation instability.

In the dissertation within the framework of studying the economic processes of innovative development in the rocket and space industry, a methodological tool was developed to assess the innovation of projects and development programs of the RCP and its enterprises. A system of multilevel planning of the activities of the RCP in the field of innovative development is proposed. Methods for assessing the impact of risks on the cost of projects of creating innovative products of the RCP and innovative technologies aimed at increasing the competitiveness of science-intensive products of the RCP are developed. Methodological recommendations for conducting technical and economic expertise of innovative projects are suggetsed and proposals for approbation of the developed methodological tools are formulated.
