A unique scientific and production site for the development of automated control systems that can be used to control technological and research processes in various fields of science and technology: from creating a microclimate to plasma chemical synthesis plants.Resources

The laboratory base allows to

  • Solve almost any typical and unique tasks of measuring parameters and organizing control (including remote control) in industrial and scientific installations and complexes
  • In some cases, start modeling and field tests of the automated control system being developed already at the stage of equipment purchase without waiting for long-term supplies
  • Develop automated control systems for a wide range of applications, including interdisciplinary ones
  • Flexibly respond to changes in the equipment market: alternative supply chains, alternative manufacturers, functional analogues

Equipment fleet

  • Modern tools for creating human-machine interfaces with real-time controllers (HMI, Realtime PLC) from leading global and domestic manufacturers (National Instruments, Weintek, ICP-DAS, ARIES, etc.)
  • A wide range of diverse equipment for the development, testing and debugging of control systems for physical experiments: sensors and converters, power supplies, signal amplifiers and normalizers, digital measuring instruments — high-speed oscilloscopes, broadband generators, spectral analyzers.

The laboratory team solves problems of any level of complexity in creating standard and unique experimental and technological installations, developing control systems and modeling complex processes. Automated control systems are developed on a “turnkey basis” in accordance with the terms of reference.

Achievements All achievements

Multifunctional measuring devices have been developed using advanced virtual instrument technologies that automate the processes of control, measurement, database generation and management as part of multi-channel measurement and computing complexes of industrial and research physical installations. The State Certificate of Gosstandart RU.C. 34.004.A No. 19324 was issued for the approval of the type of measuring instruments.

Three control panels for three experimental installations based on powerful plasma masers with relativistic electron beams have been developed and are in operation. The remotes provide full automated control system functionality in conditions of the strongest electromagnetic radiation and interference. Work is currently underway to modernize one of the control panels. Development in the interests of Rosatom State Corporation.

The automated monitoring and control system of the ANGARA 5-1 complex, the largest facility on the continent for research on the physics of fast self—compressed discharges, has been put into operation. Development in the interests of Rosatom State Corporation.
