A high level of training in the field of international law is of great importance today. It is the professionalism of the lawyers of the Russian side that allows us to achieve results that are reflected in the decisions of the International Court of Justice, including those cases in which the Ukrainian side, from the position of prosecutor, found itself as the accused. I urge the scientific community not to let our truly historic victory at the International Court fade into the annals of history and to keep this topic afloat in scientific publications.
Grigory Lukyantsev, Director of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation on Human Rights of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law
