Optoelectronic device for surface waves and oscillations recording

The utility model pertains to optoelectronics and instrument engineering and is designed for recording and measuring angular deviation values of an object or a part of it from an initial position, as well as for measuring the amplitude of angular surface vibrations, waves on the surface of a fluid, bending waves in ribbons and plates, recording and measuring characteristics of Rayleigh surface acoustic waves. The device comprises a laser, an element that dissects an optical beam, a photodetector with a signal amplifier located behind. The element that cuts the optical beam behind the photodetector is made on the surface of the transparent plate in the form of a step structure with amplitude of a phase jump of 180 degrees, which is set in the focus of the lens, in the middle of the focal spot. Behind the focal plane of the lens, two diaphragms and two photodetectors behind them are located on opposite sides of the optical axis, with the outputs of the photodetectors connected to the inputs of the differential amplifier. The technical result of the utility model is a decrease in the level of fluctuations in the output signal caused by fluctuations in the laser power.
