Rotary cutter

The invention pertains to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for turning processing of blanks in the form of bodies of revolution. The rotary cutter comprising a holder, a cutting insert mounted in an axle holder with a possibility of free rotation in the bearings, is provided with a hub fixed to the holder in which an axle is placed on the bearings, one of which is a support for a flange whose working surface is conical cup, in which the cutting insert is based by means of a directional clamp in the form of a bolt with an end collar, with the lower part of the flange being supported by a bearing, and the side surfaces being mounted s in radial or tapered bearings, the axle and sleeve being made of a material having high damping capabilities. The angle of the cup cone is 5-120. The lateral surfaces of the axle can be installed in the needle bearing. As a material with high damping capabilities, a composite material is used. This technical solution allows improving the processing quality.

Device for the fairing fixation to the aircraft hull

The invention pertains to the field of aviation and missile technology and can be used for the aerial fairings fixation to high-speed missiles of various classes. The assembly of the fairing with the hull contains a metal frame, connected with a ceramic fairing layer of elastic heat-resistant glue. Circumferentially, the frame has an annular groove filled with elastic heat-resistant glue, in the centre of which the cross-shaped through grooves are made at an angle of 450 to the longitudinal axis of the frame. Through the edges and in the centre of the intersection of the grooves there are through holes. In the part of the frame facing the fairing, expansion joints are made in the form of axial through additional grooves with holes, with the formation of collet lobes directly contacting their outer surface with the inner surface of the fairing. Cross-shaped grooves and expansion joints are arranged alternately and evenly. As a result, the reliability of the fairing hub of the aircraft hull increases, due to the more accurate basing (cantering) of the antenna fairing on the frame

Self-locking differential

The utility model pertains to engineering and can be used in the leading axles or car gear. The self-locking differential contains a body made as a one unit with the driven gear of the main gear, in the main part of which six satellites are distributed into two sets of three satellites each. The first set is engaged with the first helical gears and the second set of gears in meshing with the second helical half-axis gear. Between the helical gears of the semi-axial gears there is a pre-tension clutch comprising interconnected stop rings within which the disk springs are disposed, and end covers with oil-supply grooves are connected to the housing by means of fasteners, the diameter of the covers being smaller than the diameter of the housing. The self-locking differential is compact, with a minimum manufacturing cost and satisfies the necessary reliability and blocking parameters for such mechanisms.
