Automated Construction of a Profile of a Convex Cam with a Roller Pusher

The software is used to calculate the lifting, speed and acceleration of a roller pusher when working with a convex cam, to construct a cam profile, to construct characteristics of two co-operating valve springs in the valve timing gear mechanism with said cam, and to determine the "time and cross-section of valves" value in one stroke of the piston. The software comprises modules that calculate the lifting, speed and acceleration of the roller pusher when working with a convex cam, and construct the cam profile. The software contains a module that implements the construction of the characteristics of two in-line valve springs in the valve timing gear mechanism with said cam and determines the "time and cross-section of valves" value in one stroke of the piston. The software provides a graphical representation of the results obtained using calls of functions from the MathCAD library.
