Graduated from the Kamianets-Podilskyi Higher Military Engineering Command School.

Graduated from Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy.

1998

Completed full-time adjunct course at Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy and defended his Candidate thesis on the special topic.

1998 - 2008

Lecturer at Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy.

2000 - 2002

Senior lecturer at Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy.

2002 - 2004

Deputy head of the Department at Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy.

2004 - 2007

Dean of the Faculty of Social-cultural services and Tourism at the Moscow Academy of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business under the government of Moscow.

Honours and awards
