Biography
Graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of RUDN.
Graduated with honors from the master's degree programme of the Law Faculty of RUDN.
Worked in the Staff of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on constitutional legislation and state construction (chief consultant of the FC Committee staff, Deputy head of the FC Committee staff).
Completed postgraduate course at the Law Faculty of RUDN and defended candidate thesis on “Formation and development of the Institution of constitutional control in the Republic of Peru” for the degree of Candidate of Juridical Sciences.
Lecturer of the Department of Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure of the RUDN Law Institute.
Lecturer of the Department of Theory of Law and State of the RUDN Law Institute.
