Biography

1992

Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

1995

Early career at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (now RUDN University).

1996

Candidate thesis on “Problem of fighting evil in the philosophy of I. A. Ilyin", specialty 09.00.05 - “Ethics” was defended. Academic degree - Candidate of Philosophy.

1999 - 2001

Doctoral thesis on “Professionalism: socio-philosophical analysis” in the specialty 09.00.11 - “Social philosophy” was defended. Academic degree - Doctor of Philosophy.

2006

Elected to the position of Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Chairman of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Deputy Chairman of the Dissertation Council on Sociological Sciences at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia D 212.203.31, member of the editorial board of the journal “Vestnik RUDN”.

Scientific interests

Nature and specificity of professional phenomena in society; professional ethics: theory and methodology; the concept and essence of professionalism of the individual and society.

Author of more than 100 scientific, educational and methodological works, with a total volume of about 140 p.p.:

• 4 study guides (the study guide “Professional ethics: fundamentals of general theory” was reprinted many times),
• articles in encyclopedias, scientific journals and specialized collections, etc.,
