Chairman of the organizing Committee of the Annual International Congress of Teachers and Heads of the Preparatory Faculties (Departments) of Universities of the Russian Federation, chief editor of “Russian test theory and practice”, directs research of postgraduate students and applicants for academic degrees.
Gives lectures on various aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language as part of advanced training courses in Russia and abroad.
Participates in the development of additional education programmes, also with scientists from leading universities in the world.

1992
Graduated with honors from Kirov State Pedagogical Institute named after V. I. Lenin.
2002
Completed full-time postgraduate course and defended Candidate thesis at the Department of Modern Russian Language and Teaching Methods of Ivanovo State University.
2010
Completed full-time doctoral course and defended Doctoral thesis at the Department of Russian Language and Teaching Methods at the Philological Faculty of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (now RUDN University).

Works at RUDN University.
2017 - present time
Dean of the Faculty of Russian Language and General Educational Disciplines.
2019 - present time
Head of the Department of Russian Language № 3.
Scientific interests
Methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, theory and practice of linguistic and cultural adaptation, theory and practice of intercultural communication, ethno-methodology, ethno-pedagogics.
