For students, master classes are regularly organized by leading practicing psychologists to get acquainted with the advanced methods of individual and group psychological work.
The teachers are members of international and professional associations, where they cooperate with a large number of foreign scientists and practitioners.

Starting from the first year, students undergo practical training on the basis of schools and psychological centers. This practice provides an opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and master new practical skills. For the 1st year students, educational practice is organized, during which the students have an opportunity to look at the profession of a psychologist from the inside. Practice takes place in various organizations: social assistance centers for families and children, schools, children's helplines, etc.
The 2nd and 3rd year students choose from the proposed practice bases the one in which they want to try themselves as an assistant to a psychologist.
The competencies obtained during the years of study are confirmed by students during pre-diploma practice in the 4th year in the course of independent research work, the result of which is the writing and defense of the graduation thesis.
About 30% of bachelor’s degree graduates continue their education in master’s programs at Russian and foreign universities. More than 60% of undergraduates work in the field of training in recruitment agencies, consulting and training centers, centers for social support of the population, in schools and universities, in the psychological service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the field of public relations, mass communication, advertising and business, etc. Foreign graduates, as a rule, work in their native countries — in educational institutions, ministries, in the business sector.
