Specialists of the "Power Engineering" direction are engaged in the research, design, installation and operation of power machines (units, installations and their control systems), the development of methods and algorithms for the control of power plants, the basis of the work processes of which are various forms of energy conversion, modeling of the processes occurring in power plants mixture formation, gas dynamics, heat and mass transfer, vibroacoustic radiation.
Our graduates work in industrial enterprises and in research organizations, participating in the creation of units for nuclear, hydro and thermal power plants, engines for thermal power plants and other thermal installations. Young specialists work in civil and military aviation, river and sea shipping companies, serve stationary and mobile thermal power plants, small-scale mechanization facilities, etc.
