Graduates are specialized in controlling biological safety of animal raw materials and products of its processing in large Russian and international trade networks, they assess the quality of animal and vegetable products, organize and manage veterinary and sanitary interventions at enterprises for processing raw materials and products of animal origin and veterinary supervision facilities.
