The main principle of working with students is an individual approach in order to form a professional trajectory. The IISDSE helps its partners of the real sector of economy to determine the demand for personnel training and specifically develops tailored training or further education programmes. The following programmes of summer/winter schools for enterprises of the Moscow construction industry, which are aimed at increasing the employees’ competence to develop the theoretical foundations of construction and methods of working on construction sites, becoming aware of modern building materials, technologies, design methods, modern methods of managing investment projects, can serve as an example: Architecture and Construction in Moscow (72 academic hours) and BIM Technologies in Investment and Construction (144 academic hours).
