This paper presents an approach to solving the complex problems in the relationship between state and continuity in Cohen's philosophy through a series of workarounds. which are primarily concerned with aesthetics and history. Thus, the section of the “Logic of Pure Knowledge,” devoted to judgments about the laws of thought, expands in its conclusions, which cannot be brought to the horizon of the mathematical science of nature.
