Andrei Klishas, scientific director of RUDN Law Institute awarded the Order of Friendship

June 29, 2018, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, professor Andrei Klishas was awarded the Order of Friendship for his services in strengthening the Russian statehood, development of parliamentarism and active lawmaking activity!

Andrei Klishas is the scientific director of RUDN Law Institute, Head of the Department of theory of law and state, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law.

The state award, established by the President of the Russian Federation in 1994, is an analogue of the Soviet Order of Peoples’ Friendship and is awarded to Russian citizens for their great contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation of nations and nationalities, mutual enrichment of their cultures, high labor achievements in the development of the Russian economy, for particularly fruitful work in the development of science, and strengthening of peace and friendly relations between states.
