Topic: Estimates of decreasing rearrangements of convolutions and coverings of cones of monotone functions.

Abstract:

The problem of estimating decreasing rearrangements of convolutions is considered. The classes of kernels for which the inversion of the known O’Neill inequality is valid are described. The results are applied to description of cones of decreasing rearrangements of generalized Bessel-Riesz potentials.
