We consider a class of semi-linear elliptic equations involving a Hardy-type potential and an absorption nonlinear term.  We shall discuss a notion of boundary trace of solutions that is strongly dependent on the potential V. Next, we shall present a-priori estimates for the associated linear boundary value problem (b.v.p.) with measure data. Finally, we shall discuss the existence of solutions of the nonlinear  b.v.p. with measure boundary data.
