This work is devoted to the numerical solution of the Vlasov equation in one-dimensional case without electric field using neural networks.


Aleksey Snytnikov, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor of the Department of Applied Informatics of the Institute of Digital Technologies KSTU, Kaliningrad.

The applied method has an advantage over finite-difference methods for solving the Vlasov equation, which is expressed in the absence of errors where the derivative of the solution has a discontinuity, and in the fact that the neural network method of solution can be transferred to two-dimensional and three-dimensional case.
