30 May – 1 June, 3d IAA Conference on Dynamics and Control of Space Systems, DyCoSS’2017, held by the International Academy of Astronautics, IAA, takes place at RUDN.
May, 22-26, Moscow – over 300 world-class scientists from 40 countries will meet at the Congress of SUITMA-9 (Soils of Urban, Industrial, Traffic, Mining and Military Areas) at the RUDN University (Moscow, Russia).
For quite a long time these workshops have been a large-scale forum for sharing ideas and experience of representatives of professional and expert community and discussing best practices of 5-100 Project universities.
15-20 May, the Nepalese Association of graduates of USSR and CIS universities celebrates its 50th anniversary in Katmandu. RUDN delegation takes part in the event with a round table «Day of RUDN in Nepal».
15 - 19 May, professor Diaz-Aguardo (University of Complutense, Spain) delivers lectures and holds workshops at RUDN Faculty of Philology (working language – English).
In May, RUDN Interclub hosted Isadora Duncan International Festival of plastic dance dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the famous dancer. The festival was initiated by Valentina Ryazanova, Head of the renowned «Rhythms of friendship» international team.
18 May, RUDN Department of regional economy and geography hosts a student conference with international participants «World economy in the XXI c.: globalization and regionalization».
Leading coordinators of international students will be LIVE on VK for the first time at the XX seminar-conference of Project 5-100 which will be held at the RUDN University from 17 to 19 May. Live stream is scheduled on May 18. Live sessions provide universities with new opportunities to recruit foreign students, establish a direct contact with their target audience, at the same time prospective students can receive information from the first hands.
The annual Competition of School Projects "Science starts from school" will be held on the 18th of May, 2017 in RUDN University.
RUDN female volleyball team and tennis team came home with gold! The international sport festival took place 28 April- 1 May in Milano (Italy) and as usual became a key student event aimed at promoting student sport and developing mutual understanding between students of different countries and cultures.
25 April, Authorities of 19 schoools of the province participated in the IV Russian- Chinese seminar on the development of international educational cooperation in Taiyuan.
4 May, the main square will host Planet South-West youth festival, long devoted to the victory in the Great Patriotic War and first held May 1, 1987. Students from Asia, Africa, America and Europe will exhibit ethnic artefacts and treat the guests to national dishes, play musical instruments and perform in honor of the Great Victory.
