RUDN in 601-800 group of Times Higher Education global ranking (THE)

Peoples' Friendship University of Russia rose to group 601-800 of Times Higher Education global ranking (THE), which includes only 1,258 of the world's best universities. RUDN has the best growth rate among all Russian universities - in 2018, the university was in the group of 1000+.

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings provide the definitive list of the world's best universities, evaluated across teaching, research, international outlook, reputation and more – all in all 13 indicators. RUDN has made a breakthrough due to improvement in 8 out of 13 indicators, which in general significantly improved the "Teaching" indicator (from 740th place in 2017 to 239th in 2018), "International outlook" (from 531st to 244th place) and "Citation" (from 1,072nd to 995th).
