Marina Ivanova, Head of Learning and Development at Miratorg Holding:
“After graduation young people are in no hurry to work by profession. In our company, the Miratorg Generation program has been launched and is already successfully operating. We are looking for rare specialists such as an agronomist, engineer, veterinarian, livestock specialist and technologist. Our goal is not just to give students the opportunity to spend time on our territory, to see or try something, namely, to give practical skills, show them our involvement in business and love for the profession. In short, we will do everything to make the internship not just an event for them, but a whole event in life, and after receiving the diploma, the students could come to our company as employees. But of course, the choice should be mutual. Our curators and mentors are willing to invest knowledge and time, but interns must also be willing to make efforts and learn. We plan to organize contests of scientific and practical works, ideas, photographs, attracting interested students who are in love with their profession. ”
