RUDN University begins admitting foreign citizens to get Master’s degree in the quota framework of the Government of the Russian Federation
Citizens of foreign countries can participate in the competition, completing their studies in 2019 under bachelor / specialty programs and those willing to continue their studies at RUDN University magistracy.
Evaluation criteria for participants:
- test results (in the form of an interdisciplinary examination for magistracy)
- grades
- compliance of the chosen major of training with the priority direction in RUDN University in the framework of the Project for Enhancing the Competitiveness of Leading Russian Universities among the world's leading research and education centers (Project 5-100)
- publications
- achievements
- recommendations
The following documents are required to apply:
- application form
- copy of ID, citizenship (with translation)
- academic certificate or education certificate of the established sample (with translation)
- documents confirming the individual achievements of the applicant
Key dates:
Submission of application and documents - until April 18, 2019
Testing - from April 25 to May 8, 2019
Summing up - May 20, 2019
Applicants who have successfully passed all the stages of selection must submit a complete set of documents until 3:00 pm on May 27, 2019.

Winners of the “BE MASTER” and “PROJECT YOURSELF” grant projects will receive certificates for 100,000 and 130,000 rubles. Foreign graduates from Ghana, Zambia, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Nigeria, Peru, Syria, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will start their studies at RUDN University.
Starting from August 10, the second Online RUDN University Olympiad is held for foreign citizens wishing to enroll in 2020 to study at RUDN University under the bachelor’s, specialist’s and master’s programs. The winners of the Olympiad can study in the chosen major at the expense of the budget of the Russian Federation, prize-winners get a tuition discount.
RUDN University allocates 20 million rubles to support talented international students. RUDN University will provide 190 grants to international students for Master studies. Foreign graduates of Bachelor, Specialist and Master programs can participate in “BE MASTER!” and "PROJECT YOURSELF!’ projects and get 100,000 — 130,000 rubles certificates to be used for tuition. The winners will be determined on 10 october.
