Elena Synzhiryan, the company’s recruiter and Pavel Zagorodnykh, the 2018 ambassador told the guys about the MRG Ambassadors program.
“MRG Ambassadors is a conceptually new program designed specifically for outgoing and active students of any specialties from Russian universities. Through the program of ambassadors, it is possible to additionally educate students in regional universities, as well as form a community of evangelists who can promote information technology in the university environment,” – said Elena Synzhiryan.
One of the key tasks of the ambassadors is to conduct educational activities at the university on behalf of the company: to organize lectures, webinars, hackathons and other events. Participants will also inform students of their university about the business areas of the corporation, its products and employment prospects at the Mail.Ru Group.
Participants in the MRG University Ambassadors program will undergo a series of business trainings, gain expanded access to a number of the company's products and will be invited to the Moscow office of Mail.Ru Group, where they will talk with top managers of the company. Also, participants will have the opportunity to join the Mail.Ru Group team.
The work of the ambassador is a volunteer project. For their activity, ambassadors are able to directly learn from IT industry experts, take educational courses, upgrade soft and digital skills, visit the Mail.ru Group office in Moscow, receive company souvenir products and much more.
