Seminars of the BRUNEL company “Labor market for oil and gas industry professionals”
The seminar was held by the Department of Student practices and employmen together with the Academy of Engineering of RUDN University. Nikita Kharin, Business Development Manager, was the speaker from BRUNEL.
At the seminar, students learned about the international company Brunel, with its regional presence around the world (6 continents, with 97 offices and 5 regional centers).
Other issues discussed:
- expertise of BRUNEL in Russia and the CIS countries;
- a review of the labor market for young professionals in all professional fields, including the supply and demand of young professionals in the labor market, several typical work schedules, the dynamics of vacancies and resumes in Russia, current level of competition, related industries, average wages, etc.
- obligatory education for a successful career;
- required level of English proficiency and a lot of interesting and useful information about employment
After the seminars the students spoke directly to the speaker, Nikita, and the Recruitment Specialist, Anastasia, who found an excellent job at BRUNEL after graduating from the university within 2 months!
